statement

My work investigates the connections and disconnections between the natural and virtual; the emotional and programmable. As our dependence upon technology increases and advances, I seek to understand the relationships between our bodies [or humanity] and technology. In my games and interactive work, I am exploring the ways in which my personal narratives are experienced by others through interaction and play. Through creating games that isolate the player, rather than being created with relatability and mass consumption in mind, I strive to provoke players to reassess their perception of what a 'game' is, and what it means to play.
